Every year Summerland Baptist church holds a special breakfast for 3 and 4 year olds. It is a special, magical morning filled with crafts, breakfast, and a visit by several singing angels. Avery has been talking about this breakfast for several weeks now and this past Saturday the day finally arrived. About a month ago Avery informed me quite emphatically that "I can't go to the Angel breakfast, I don't have an angel dress!!!" So now that she had the appropriate attire she could attend the breakfast. The kids enjoy several Christmas themed crafts, glitter glue and all. Avery isn't much for the breakfast but does enjoy listening to the Angels singing and to the Christmas story told by her teacher, Mrs B. What a great introduction to the true meaning of Christmas, something that is overlooked by so many.

Avery looks so beautiful. That dress is perfect for her. Soon enough we'll be taking the babies.
